As a faith-based non-profit organization COLMI took advantage of the opportunity to align with the historic 105 year-old Park Ave Missionary Baptist Church of Riverside, California to provide services in the areas of specialized housing, job development and education.

As a proactive non-profit the Community Organizational Leadership Mandate Initiative CDC (COLMI) strives to provide meaningful assistance to the communities we serve working in concert with our fellow non-profits to leverage the resources of business, government, educational institutions to realize our goal of serving “the least of these”.
